Estate Planning and Trust & Estate Litigation:
- Prior employment practicing in Estate Planning, and litigating trust and estate matters at a law firm located in Florida. An Advanced law degree (LL.M.) in estate planning from the University of Miami School of Law.
Criminal Defense
- Prior employment as a State and Federal prosecutor, including work as an Assistant Attorney General in Vermont, an Assistant State Attorney in Florida, an Assistant District Attorney in New York, and a Special Assistant United States Attorney in Florida. Earl supervised felony prosecutors in Florida, and was awarded a commendation from the Federal Bureau of Investigation for work performed as a Special Assistant United States Attorney. Earl has litigated and/or tried to jury a variety of criminal matters, including, DUI, traffic offenses, assault, battery, domestic violence, theft, stolen property, white collar crime, Medicaid fraud, drug sale or possession, sex crimes, burglary, robbery, bank robbery, aggravated violent crime, firearms related crime, and homicide, including vehicular homicide, manslaughter, and murder.
