We provide testimony, draft proposed legislation, and work with legislators and other interested parties to help clients accomplish their objectives.
• Administrative Representation - Our attorneys represent clients in a number of administrative proceedings including contested cases, rule making, and professional responsibility proceedings.
• National Association of Attorneys General - Our attorneys represent clients who wish or need to establish relationships with State Attorneys General throughout the country.  This includes representing clients who are under investigation or being prosecuted by individual states or by multi-state actions.
